Pet care experience
Animals have been a big part of my life for as long as I can remember. As a child I helped care for my family’s golden retriever and at age 13 decided to get my own dog (a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel) who was just 7 weeks old at the time. They were both so loved and brought an incredible amount of joy to my life that I can’t imagine having grown up without them by my side. Now my boyfriend and I are doggy parents to a 6 year old sweet mix who was rescued from the streets of Puerto Rico as a young puppy. He is full of energy and playfulness and loves to make new friends everywhere he goes! We also recently adopted a kitten (now 6 months old!) and they are fast becoming best friends. I understand that finding the right person to care for your furry friend is not easy. After all, pets become an extension of the family and having peace of mind is essential! The safety and well being of your dog is my top priority and with every walk I take I am committed to providing the best possible care for your pup. Together we will go for adventures outside, explore new routes and get in plenty of play time in the sun. Please feel free to reach out to me and let me know how I can offer a helping hand while you are away! I’m currently available weekdays during the day and weekends. I own my own business and work online so there’s lots of flexibility for morning and afternoon walks. I’m happy to come to you and provide care in your home where your dog is most comfortable! We can play, explore and get in some exercise.

I travel a lot for work (at least twice a month) and the time I’m gone varies. It’s been hard to find someone I trust to take care of my chihuahua Zoey but Lily has made sure that she’s well looked after while I’m gone. Zoey is kind of skittish but took to Lily right away! I take that as a great sign, Zoey loves her.
My little pug Aaron loves being pampered by Lily! I rest easy knowing my baby boy is in good care when I have to leave town for work, which is often. I tried a few other people but once I found Lily she has been my go to ever since!
I can not recommend Lily enough as a pet sitter! She is everything you could possibly ask for in someone caring for your fur baby- patient, responsible, loving, warm, and attentive. She cared for our elderly miniature dachshund for a little over a year. Our dachshund suffered from anxiety but instantly warmed up to Lily. In fact, she would race to the door even on days Lily wasn’t there to watch her just in hopes she would come. Most importantly, Lily helped rehabilitate her after major back surgery. This involved performing physical therapy several times a day, carrying her to the yard for potty breaks, and using a scarf to keep her off her affected limbs when using the bathroom. Lily showered her with love, affection, and an abundance of attention over the time she spent with her. I only wish Lily had not moved away bc we would still be utilizing her services to this day! With Lily, your pets will be not just cared for but treated with love as if they were her own. She is genuinely one of the kindest people I’ve ever had the pleasure of knowing and becoming friends with.
I'm so grateful to have found Lily to care for Bishop! Bishop is full of energy and having Lily to take him on walks and make sure he gets the exercise he needs while I'm at work has been a lifesaver. Like most pet parents I'm sure, I don't feel comfortable leaving my baby with just anyone, but I completely trust Lily and know that Bishop will be well cared for!! Lily has been reliable, on-time, and communicative.
