As always, Lily is amazing. She always flexible and makes her schedule work so that she can take care of Marlin while we’re out of town. She takes good care of our pup and makes sure he has everything he needs while we’re away.

I would give Lily a 10 out of 5 stars if I could! We have never left our pets with anybody we did not know, so for my daughters destination wedding, where everyone was invited, we were panicked. Lily did a meet and greet, and all of our animals were comfortable with her. Our shy chilhauhau mix even let her pet her on that first meeting! Lily willingly dropped to attend our morning routine and give our animals a second chance to meet her. Lily was responsive and punctual throughout the experience, giving us ease of mind that she would show up. The 4 day trip started with her text the night before that she would be there for morning walk and feedings as we were leaving very early in the morning. Each visit, Lily announced when she arrived via text, and when she was leaving, sending photos, videos, and a rover report of their visit. She dropped in 2x a day, securing our pet door at night against the coyotes, and letting our pets out in the morning. She even called me when our cat had not come home by the evening visit wanting to wait a little longer for her to come in. I had told her to leave the pet door open for her, but Lily wanted to wait a little longer. Thankfully kitty came in within a few moments of the call so she could be closed in for the night. I absolutely recommend Lily! Your pets will be safe, and you can rest assured, and enjoy whatever event called you away from home.
