Lily was great at communicating over text prior to her watching our pup but when it came to the day of I had so many concerns. First she screwed up the day and told me I had a 30 minute window to drop her off in and was upset we were 15 minutes late the following day because she was late for her plans that night. Wouldn't your plans be watching our dog?? She knew it was our wedding day and we would not be personally dropping her off and our coordinator got lost. I texted her on our wedding night letting her know we could pick up at 11:30 instead of between 1 and 2. She responded saying we couldn't get our dog until 5:30 PM. In that same message she then proceeded to let me know she was planning on giving our pup a "run" at 3 o'clock (which was after the time we initially planned on picking up??) and we could pick her up within that 30 minute window. Fifteen minutes after sending that message, she told me if I was there by 9:25 AM I could have my dog and I could come no later or earlier without compromising her "business". She told me this at 9:02 AM. FOUR MINUTES LATER she responded her time window for 9:25 AM was up and to plan on seeing her and my dog at 5:30 PM. Mind you, this was Sunday, the day after our wedding. She initially told me she understood, could accomodate and congratulated us. When we arrived, we rang the doorbell and pounded on the door for 15 minutes. No one came and my dog could not be heard and I know she would have barked which tells me she was in the basement. We called the police and they finally answered the door. I strongly would not recommend having your dog go near this home. When they answered the door it was not Lily. It was two people not present at drop off that handed her over and didn't want us to come near them. We did not receive her food bowls back and she drank an entire ice cream pail of water when we picked her up, she was shaking, and her anal glands were expressed. I will never leave her with anyone on Rover again after my terrible experience with Lily. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND.
