Lily is an adorable dog sitter. She took care of my dog for a week and she sent me pictures and videos almost everyday walking my dog, playing and having fun. I will recommend her 100%

The address on this profile is NOT where the pet is dropped off. I selected this sitter because I work and live near downtown ABQ, so her location (according to rover) was ideal and just a few minutes away. Once I arrived to her location, I felt uneasy because i arrived at an apartment complex. Her pictures on the profile were misleading. I text her that I arrived and was told by Lily I had to go to RIO RANCHO to drop off my dog. I was completely unaware that I was supposed to take my dog to Dog Days Doggie Daycare off Southern Blvd. please note, this was over 30 minutes away during peak morning traffic. I was more than an hour late to work because of this unexpected change from the sitter. She was also more than 15 minutes late AFTER I had driven all the way to Rio Rancho. There seemed to be a lot of confusion with the Dog Daycare employee and the owner about my dog being there. I did not except my dog to be in a giant room with dozens of other dogs during her stay. I was reassured my dog would be staying at a house with a yard but I doubt that happened and have no idea where my dog actually stayed. Lastly, with my dog being around so many others, she had a gash/scab on her leg when I picked her up. Use caution and get all the details from your sitters
