Not responsible enough to care for others pets! When we dropped Stella off, Lily promised lots of communication and pictures which did not happen. Day 1, I asked for status and i got a short "she's doing great". Day 2, I asked again and no response. Day 3, I received a call from her father stating his daughter was sick with the flu and i had to get someone else to board the Stella. Well, i am not in town, hence the need for a sitter. We had to find someone else to take Stella immediately. Not the easiest thing to do might i add (as well as coordinate for the 2 to meet up and transfer our pup). If i had not followed up with her, who knows what would have happened to our pup. She still has yet to call and apologize nor did she contact me once about getting ill and the potential that I may need to find alternative care. I had to call Rover directly to get the remainder of my money back as she did not even attempt to give us back the money (we had paid for 8 nights - she had her for 3). She is not mature enough to care for others and i highly suggest you stay FAR away.

Like many people I am absolutely crazy about my dog. I'm pretty sure she is the best dog anywhere. Lily and my dog Pearl got along from the very beginning. When Pearl was a puppy Lily would play and play with her and never seemed to get bored with it. Lily has always been conscientious and trustworthy. When I went out of town I didn't worry about Pearl because I knew Lily would take good care of her. And she did.
