Pet care experience
I love dogs and taking care of them more than anything. I grew up with dogs and frequently take care of family members' dogs when they are out of town. I have fostered many dogs with my family so I know how to work with temperamental dogs and make them feel safe and comfortable in my home. I will give your dog so much love and attention they won't believe it.

Lily is absolutely wonderful! My sweet (and anxious) puppy, Lewis, and I recently relocated to Brooklyn from DC, and she’s been such a delight with him. She has been patient and caring while he’s been adjusting to a new city. He immediately ran to her when they first met. And he gets so happy to see her! I highly recommend Lily - she’s the best. She is reliable and responsive! Thank you Lily for everything!!
Lily took care of my elderly dog Ozzie for a week while I was out of the country. She is a true dog lover and I trusted her 100% with Ozzie, even though he had a lot of special needs. (He had skin issues, wasn't friendly with other dogs, was on a special diet, etc.) Lily is a lovely person and established a true bond with my dog.
Lily is great with our dog. Lily’s taken care of Emme many times. Super responsible and responsive. Totally loving of our pup. Emme comes home happy and healthy - almost like she’s been on a fun vacation with Lily. 100% recommend.

My apartment is small, I've taken care of a few small dogs there and they do very well in the space. I let dogs on my furniture and my bed, but if you'd prefer not to create those habits I can keep your dog off. I eat breakfast and dinner around the same times every day so I will feed them at the same times. Your dog will get plenty of walks, I love playing, and like I said they will get endless affection from me.

Please let me know if your dog needs any medications or has any temperaments I should know about. I am used to taking care of senior dogs and dogs who have trouble walking. I don’t have other dogs in my home so if your dog has trouble getting along with others, that won’t be a problem.
A typical day
My neighborhood is a great place for long walks and making new dog friends. I love to play and once your dog is tired out they can chew on my yarn balls while I crochet. I will give them so much attention, and belly rubs too if they let me.

Availability
I'm a student with a flexible schedule and can be home with your dog whenever necessary. I love going on walks down my street because it's so beautiful and there's lots of other dogs to make friends with, so your dog will fit right into my schedule. My family's dog barks at other dogs, so if your dog is similar I have plenty of experience ducking behind cars and crossing the street to avoid unnecessary interactions. I've always had senior dog, so if your dog is fussy about taking pills I have lots of experience with sneaking them into rolled up pieces of ham.
