Pet care experience
My family and friends like to call me the Dog Whisperer! I absolutely love dogs and sometimes feel I understand them more than people. I grew up with 2 small dogs and would help friends and family with dog sitting. Throughout college I had the opportunity to have a few regulars through Rover which was perfect for me to find some dogs to love before I got my own dog in 2022! When we’d see other dogs and their owners out and about I would frequently be asked if I had a card, which was flattering. They said the dogs responded so well to me they would never have known I wasn’t their owner, and the love I showed was hard to come by. Unfortunately I was impacted by the tech layoffs last year and have been struggling to find a new full time role, which means my schedule is very open to give your animals the best care possible.
Reviews
Lily has been our go to person for checking in and caring for our pets when we’re away. She always goes above and beyond and spends extra time with our cats and our dog. As a pet owner herself, she knows how hard it is for you to leave your pets, so she is always happy to send photo updates. Our dog is usually happier to see Lily than us, and gives her lots of kisses and snuggles so I’m always confident that my dog is living her best life even when I’m not around. I couldn’t recommend Lily highly enough :)
Ruby Tuesday and Tiger Lily love their pet sitter Lily. She's is very kind and loving to them. She takes care of their needs. Lily is very responsible and dependable. We love her!!
Lily is so sweet with dogs. She is around dogs at home and surrounds her life with bringing joy to dogs. She is very responsible, reliable, and I can assure you that she has your dog's best interest in mind. I know several people that really appreciate Lily for walking and caring for their dogs, and I definitely trust her to take care of my 13 month Golden Retriever. Anyone who has a chance to get to know Lily is lucky!

I love all dogs, no breed preferences! Before sitting a dog, I would like to know all about a normal day for them with you. What do they normally do with you? What behaviors do you expect of them? What commands do they know? I feel that if I can keep up with their normal routine, they'll get used to me much quicker.
A typical day
I am open to any and all suggestions! I like to learn about the dog first and their normal routines, because I feel consistency is very important, especially with a new person. I view dogs just like kids - they need routine and lots of love! I'm happy to go walking with your dog, play, and provide loads of love!

Unfortunately I was impacted by the tech layoffs last year and am still on the hunt for my new role in Data Analytics. Luckily, that does mean that I am fully available to take on Rover full time!
