I’ve spent a lot of my life around animals, and taking care of them has always felt like second nature to me. I’m a warm, gentle person, and pets usually pick up on that pretty quickly—they relax around me, and I take that responsibility seriously. When I meet new pets, I let them come to me at their own pace so they can get comfortable. I'm patient and gentle, and I pay attention to their cues to make sure they feel safe.
