Lily stepped in when our regular cat sitter wasn't available. She was very responsive to texts and showed up on time to meet Leya, see the house, and get the keys. While we were gone, Lily was great about sending updates and photos during check-ins.

We have been using Rover for a few years now. Lily has been the best dog sitter that we've had to date. She certainly exceeded our expectations. She kept us constantly updated with how things were going, including Facetime and pictures and videos, and the biggest surprise for me was that she even handfed our dog when he was being stubborn (which he can be sometimes especially in a new environment). That was something that we never ask our dogsitters just because we felt that might be a lot to ask someone, and so it was just amazing to find out that she was willing to go above and beyond and we just knew that our dog was in good hands. She's willing to go out of her way, and is just an absolute joy of a person. We could tell that our dog was happy, which made us happy and comforted. We're happy to have found her -- trust that your pet will be in great hands. Thanks again Lily!
