Pet care experience
I grew up working at Shy Wolf Sanctuary and volunteered at Full Moon Wolf Sanctuary as a teenager. I’ve had rescue dogs my whole life including a very anxious pitbull. I am very good with dogs of all breeds, sizes, and needs. I can comfortably administer medication, and I can take care of puppies with special needs. I am very experienced, but at at the end of the day I just want your doggo to have the best care possible

Whenever I take care of dogs in my client’s home I am very aware that I am entering someone’s personal safe space to take care of one of the most important things in their life. I don’t take that lightly, and I am always respectful of that trust.

I would like to know how they do with other dogs. I'm pretty good at reading body language but I will never let a dog go see or play with another dog unless I have the owner's permission. You can never know a dog's history and I dont want to take that risk for a baby that isn't mine.
A typical day
Asheville is quite fortunately one of the most dog friendly towns in the country. Depending on my client’s comfortability and their dog’s individual needs I love to take them everywhere and anywhere! Out to coffee or lunch, for walks along the greenway, on hikes at DuPont, out to a dog park, and maybe even on a playdate with one of mine if they want some social time!
