Hi there! I’m Lilly. I have taken care of all types of pets since I was very young. Growing up, my family had two cats, a dog, a hamster, and a frog! I have experience caring for elderly cats and dogs and understand and accommodate their extra needs. My family has had a beagle and a golden retriever so I am used to dogs who take their time smelling the flowers and others who like to go on runs with me! I have cared for cats with personalities across the spectrum - sassy outdoor cats who only cuddle when they think you’re not looking and absolute snuggle bugs. I will love and respect your pet for exactly who they are!

Lilly has watched our separation-anxious dog several times. After spending a couple of days with Lilly, Oskar the dog was sad when she left! Lilly has been really easy to communicate with, and we would happily have her watch our pup again in the future.
Lilly did such a great job with my dog Penny, she did everything I asked and more and made sure she was walked an active every day. She also made sure to keep me updated with photos so I had piece of mind on my vacation, I would definitely ask Lilly to watch my dog again!
Lilly is definitely the go-to when it comes to finding a cat-sitter for my cat Waffles. Waffles is super picky and is not the easiest cat to appease. But Lilly does a great job accomodating her and making her feel comfortable. 10 out of 10 would recommend Lilly as a regular sitter!
I recently had the pleasure of working with had Lilly take care of my dog and frog while I was away, and I must say, I was extremely impressed with her attentiveness. My dog loved her, and while it's hard to say what my frog thought, she seemed to genuinely care about both of them too. Lilly provided regular updates as well as photos which really put me at ease. Especially since you can tell a lot about a frogs health by their color and you can never have too many photos of your dog. Overall, I would highly recommend Lilly she did such a great job!

I live in a townhome with a small, unfenced area in the back. This would allow for quick bathroom breaks if needed and all breaks and walks would be leashed. I have a cat who lives with me (fully vaccinated and neutered, just orange). He is playful and gets along with dogs and other cats. I have a no smoking household. While your pet is staying with me, they will not be exposed to tobacco, cigarette smoke, or marijuana smoke. Pets are allowed (and encouraged) on furniture and my bed, but if you would prefer me to enforce your household’s no-furniture rule, or crate pups at night, I will gladly do so. Maintaining consistency in your pet’s routine while you are away is key! Cuddles and daily pet pics guaranteed! :)

Please let me know how your dog fares with other dogs and pets. Do they act differently around dogs of other sizes or particular breeds? On days where I am not working from home, are they able to be inside (with or without pee pads) for most of the day? What type of treats do they prefer? What is their meal schedule? FOR ELDERLY PETS: please be as detailed and transparent about all their needs. I have experience with deaf animals, animals with arthritis, and administering medication orally and via injection. Please be specific about how you usually care for them so I can replicate this environment as much as possible so your pet feels safe.
A typical day
When your dog stays with me, they will get lots of walks, games, and cuddles! I love spending time on Green Lake’s lawns and running or walking the lake loop, so rain or shine, your pup will definitely be getting a good dose of the outdoors! On the weekend, if your dog enjoys hiking, I’d love to bring them along so they can find new smells and get some fresh air.

Availability
I work from home Wednesday through Friday, so would be home with your pet practically all day! On these days, I have time to give them a morning, lunchtime, and evening walk or run, plus others as necessary. On Mondays and Tuesdays, I leave the house at 7:30am and return at 7pm, so only morning and evening walks then. On weekends, I like to explore nearby nature, whether walking around nearby Green Lake or going for a hike! If your pet enjoys the outdoors, I would be happy to bring them along!
