Working towards becoming a Vet!
Pet care experience
My family has had dogs and cats since I was born, I was the primary caretaker for the family dog since we got him and I've been the go to caretaker for family pets outside of my household. I have experience with both small and large dogs, puppies and senior dogs, breeder puppies and rescues. I have a few years of animal science at the high school level under my belt and my experience is only going to grow as I work towards a degree in veterinarian medicine.
Reviews
My go-to favorite cat sitter. Our geriatric, diabetic cat just loves her and does well when she cares for him. Thanks Lilly!
Lily watched our geriatric, diabetic cat for several days over Thanksgiving. She was prompt (even with our cat's early morning schedule) and we returned to a happy and healthy cat. She listened carefully to every bit of our detailed instructions and followed them well. We got updates and pictures when she dropped in to take care of our cat which helped us to stay relaxed while we were away. She clearly cares about animals and takes her work seriously. Thanks Lily!
Lilly has a passion for taking care of animals. Not only does she walk and take care of my dog she also does his grooming and nail care. He is always so happy to see her. She has also taken care of several of my friends pets and they have spoken very highly of her skill and attention to detail when it comes to their pet care. I would highly Reccomended Lilly to care for any of your pets.
Lilly Jo Herreman has been taking care of animals for almost all of her life. She will be going to SDSU to be a veterinarian and has a dog named Bear herself. She was in the FFA in Highschool and can take care of a lot of animals but especially loves dogs

Each critter has their own quirks and preferences but that's not to say I don't know the basics. I don't currently have a pup of my own and I can't offer taking care of your pet in my own home, but I'm patient and willing to get to know your pet.
Information Lilly Jo H. would like to know about your pet
Breed and general health notes are a must as well as any information pertaining to regular routines your dog might have. I'm more than willing and happy to care for any dog but its difficult to do that without those notes. If they have meds that they must take or a scheduled time they have to meet for walks a written list would be greatly appreciated.
A typical day
It's difficult to answer such a generalized question. Every dog is a little different as to what they enjoy, some dogs want to run in the yard and play fetch all day while another would rather just tackle you and lick your face until you can't breathe. I'd be glad to take dogs on long walks or wrestle with them but it really comes down to what is best for each dog, and what sort of activities they enjoy most.
