Lillian was perfect! She was timely to respond to a last minute request. She was easy to cocordinate with and her place was at a convient location. While we were away for the night, our senior dog had an accident during the night and she kindly picked up the product to clean it, she let us know, and gave it to to us (after we reimbursed her of course!). When it cane time to pick up our 4 legged fur baby, we had a complication and was running almost an hour late. Lillian was understanding and to make our life easier she even took our dog for a pre-toad trip walk. I feel as though Lillian went above and beyond the call of duty. I can atest that she is kind, responsible, and good with animals (and people). She charges a low rate but gives high quality care. We will use her the next time we are in her area.

Lillian was a great sitter for my terrier. He seemed to be well taken care of. She was good with her communication to us and was keen in understanding our pets needs before she signed on for the boarding. We had a really good experience with her. Our dog was definitely walked! We could tell that he was excerised daily which is good because we tend to walk him quite a lot daily. She sent a few photos to which was nice to receive and if we had follow up questions she was more than happy to answer. We will use her services again the next time we need them. She was a delight to deal with! Thank you Lillian!
