I've been petsitting regularly since I was a teen, and have experience with dogs of all sizes, cats, exotics, farm animals and special needs pets! I've never met an animal I didn't like, and don't expect to. I'm also an experienced aquarist and happy to check in on your wet pets if needed (or your kombucha scoby, sourdough starter, etc)

Liliya is one of the most sensitive and detail-oriented pet owners I know. She's sensitive to a pet's unique needs and *always* delivers the best quality of care when she pet sits for me. I have a large Alaskan Malamute who is very particular about who watches him and Liliya manages to keep him happy, engaged, AND keeps the peace between him and my three cats! I can't think of a better pet-sitter in the triangle. Liliya is an extremely trustworthy dog sitter.
Liliya is so kind and caring with her own animal friends—cat, dog, hedgehog, and fish—and she's just as attentive and considerate when looking after our cat. Our cat has difficult medical needs, but we always feel comfortable going out of town knowing Liliya's going to be taking care of her—and of course the photos she sends are a nice bonus, too!

I'm happy to adjust my needs to your pet's to make sure they're as comfortable as they can be in a new or strange environment. When boarding in my home, I have a large fenced yard with chickens that dogs LOVE to spend time watching and investigating. I have a large friendly dog, and only only take in one additional dog at a time so I can give everyone my full attention. I'm also a short walk from a dog park if your dog is a social guy or gal! If I'm watching a pet in your home, just let me know their usual daily schedule and I'll do my best to adapt to it so they get as much of their routine as possible.

A typical day
I love taking my own dog to Penny's Bend on the Eno, and enjoy finding new dog friendly areas in new neighborhoods whenever I am petsitting in a new space. I also love, love taking cute portraits of the pets I'm spending time with, especially around the holidays.

I currently work from home, and spend most of my free time studying for the bar exam so my schedule is extremely flexible and I'm home to attend to any animal needs all day long.
