Pet care experience
I have grown up with dogs since the age of 6, dealing with all shapes, sizes, and temperaments. I have been dog sitting regularly for family friends for over 10 years and love it! I'm very detail-oriented and keep schedules well, so I don't get overwhelmed when a dog's needs seem meticulous. I also love all other animals, so house sitting in a home with a variety of pets is no problem for me! Our puppy, Gus, absolutely loves other dogs and is very excited for the opportunity to make new friends. With the Greenway a block down from our house and Shelley Lake only a five minute walk the other way, your dog will enjoy scenic walks with Gus and myself. We look forward to meeting you and your dog and having a blast together!

Lila is great at watching dogs. She watches mine for me all the time. She always makes sure to stick to their schedule and that they get the proper amount of exercise. She is easy to work with, loves dogs, and is very charismatic.

I like to know about any quirks a dog has - breed has never seemed to make a difference! I've had chihuahuas that couldn't go to dog parks because of aggression and Great Danes that needed thunder shirts during a rain storm! Most quirks/tics don't bother me, but I do like to know about them ahead of time. The more detailed description of the dog, the better. I also have no breed restrictions for house sitting; I don't care if they're considered a "bully breed". Dogs' temperament comes from how they're raised and treated, not necessarily just from bloodlines or breed stereotypes!
A typical day
There are a ton of parks within walking distance of my house that I love going to with my puppy. Plus, if your dog is a swimmer, I'm a short drive from falls lake and have access to a pool that is within a fenced-in backyard. I love taking the dogs in my care with me wherever I can, so let me know if there are some adventures you want us to go on!
