Pet care experience
Since I was little I walked around on my family's farm taking care of all kinds of animals like horses, chickens, goats and dogs. That is where my love for animals started. I've had my own dog since I was 15 years old and my own horse since I was 19 years old. I've done a lot of house sitting on farms and just love to be around animals.

Lieke was fantastic with my puppy! My little one has been a bit picky about her food lately, but Lieke was incredibly patient and flexible, trying different methods to ensure my puppy was well-fed and happy. Her understanding and caring atittude made me feel at ease while I was away. I highly recommend Lieke for anyone in need of a caring and attentive pet sitter.
Lieke is fantastic with dogs and it seems like her and Tommy have a great time together. He’s tired and happy after a day with Lieke and I always feel safe leaving him in her care. It’s clear that Lieke has a life time of experience with dogs and animals. I’ll be booking Lieke again!
Lieke heeft van altijd al een grote liefde voor dieren getoond. Als klein kind verzorgde zij haar konijn en vanaf een jaar of 7 is zij zeer actief gaan paardrijden. Op een gegeven moment had ze thuis meerdere konijnen en cavia’s waar ze zelf een verblijf voor bouwde. Haar hond Tjara, die ze in 2010 kreeg heeft ze altijd goed verzorgd en getraind. Lieke is een echte dierenvriend.

I am a calm person with a positive attitude, I love to walk in the park and on the beach. Me and my boyfriend have a quiet cozy apartment in the city and will give your animal all the attention and love it needs. The apartment is on the 3rd floor so your dog needs to be small enough to be picked up or athletic enough to climb some stairs :)

Like I said before we live on the 3rd floor and have no lift so your dog needs to be small enough to be picked up to go up the stairs or should be able to walk the stairs themselves
A typical day
A typical day depends totally on the dog that’s here, I am very happy to go on long walks to the dog beach and do some games and challenges to keep energetic dogs happy but I am also more than happy to stay in and chill a bit more and go on smaller walks if the dog is old or just a very stubborn bulldog ;)

Momentarily I am working parttime in hospitality so I'm available on most weekdays and sometimes weekend days. If I am working evenings my boyfriend is usually home
