Hi! I have grown up living with animals in my home. That includes dogs, cats, hamsters, guinea pigs, turtles, and fish. I welcome all types and breeds of animals. In addition to pet sitting for friends and family, I also worked at Pet Pal Animal Shelter in St Pete, Florida for about 3 months in 2017. I was a kennel attendant and cared for the dogs, cats, and their bird in the front office. It was a great experience and I’ll never forget how happy I was to be there caring for them. My background includes administering medication (orally), bathing and light grooming, feeding, cleaning cages/living areas, playing, and watching over groups of dogs and cats. I would love to help where I can and make your lives easier! I have a pretty large backyard that I think dog(s) would love as they can run around and play freely. It is fenced in all around, but I would have to watch little dogs because if they are diggers, they could find a way to climb under the fence. That being said, I am open to dog-sitting. They will not be allowed in my home because I have three cats that have not done well with being around dogs. I could provide a day-care situation if you need to be at work during the day, or if you just need a break! I have owned a cairn terrier in the past and I know how sensitive dogs are to heat, therefore I will be watchful and careful of their needs.
