We have always been avid rover supporters, and have had many positive experiences. Unfortunately, our experience with Libby was far from positive. In our very first communication with her, we let her know our expectations about how much she’d be home with our dogs as they have separation anxiety and we don’t leave them alone much. She agreed to meet our expectations. Not only were our expectations not met, but Libby was dishonest about how much she was home with our pups. We also asked that they were not left unattended without being in their crates, which they were and which led to property damage in our home. She agreed to pay for a portion of it, but denied our other concerns. We attempted to hire someone who would love and care for our dogs the way that we do, but I ended up in tears thinking of the lack of attention they received while we were out of town. I would not ever hire Libby again to care for our dogs and I hope that she cares for other dogs much differently than she cared for ours.

Libby is great at communicating and sending lots of pictures! She's also very reliable!
