Hi, I’m Libby! I have a 7 year old cat of my own named Fiona, and I’m excited to look after your pets like they’re my own. I have lifelong experience with dogs and cats, and have many friends who rely on me for their pet care. I currently accept requests for drop ins and walks for dogs and cats! For dogs I will do a minimum of 2x daily visits, unless there is a secondary caretaker. For cats the minimum is 1x daily. I require a complementary meet & greet with the owner present before accepting any bookings. This is for both our comforts as we can ensure the sitting is a good fit on both ends. On occasion I will accept last minute visits with no meet and greet for cats and small dogs. I have had my own cat for 4 years. She needs regular inhaled and oral medication so I am experienced with special needs cats. I also have experience with senior animals, both dogs and cats.

For dogs, a drop in includes any feeding, medicine, potty breaks, play, and short walks as necessary, as well as any other requested activities. Walks over 15 mins will need to be booked as a walk rather than a drop in. For cats, the drop in includes feeding, medicine, play, litter scooping, cuddles, or whatever else your cat may need. I will follow whatever communication channels the owner prefers, but at a minimum I fill out Rover cards for every visit.

Please let me know if your pet takes any regular medications or has special needs. Additionally, if they have any behavioral issues we can discuss at the meet and greet to ensure everyone feels comfortable with the sitting plan. I have experience with shy/fearful animals and would love to discuss my approach to making sure your pet gets the best care possible. Additionally, please inform me if your pets are not regularly vaccinated. I cannot currently accept pets not up to date on their shots.
A typical day
For drop in visits I will do all included above, but I’m happy to provide additional care as requested. For walks I will usually ask for the length and typical route desired, and will typically keep to the area nearby your home.

I am a full time graduate student with a flexible schedule. Weekends and Evenings are best but I can make other times work for 30 min drop ins. Please let me know in your request if the visit times are flexible, as well as your preferred window for visits.
