I grew up in a house with as many cats and dogs as people, so I am deeply connected to the important a role pets play in all of our lives. I also understand the anxiety around leaving a furry friend at home when traveling, and am committed to easing your mind by being attentive, gentle, loving, active and keeping their routine going. Safety is super important to me, and I will be sure to make sure you can enjoy your time away with peace of mind! Since moving back to Maine in 2020 from NYC, my husband and I are enjoying a more laid-back, outdoorsy lifestyle of working remotely. However, I miss my daily walks around the city and what better way to get some fresh air, than with a doggo by your side.

Please let me know if your dog is: - up to date on vaccinations and vet visits - friendly with other dogs - good on a leash - has any anxiety with any particular sounds, behaviors or experiences - has any allergies or aversions - has ever had any behavioral or aggression issues in the past - has any pre-existing health issues or injuries - has any quirks or favorite things to do - has any not-so-great tendencies (chewing, getting into dangerous foods/things, etc...) - is ok with other animals that we might find outside...cats, squirrels, etc.
A typical day
South Portland is a dog's dream. There are lots of parks, dog-friendly beaches, paths and trails we can explore to get outside and give the whole world a sniff. I love to take our family dogs on adventures but am also more than happy to do laps around the neighborhood, throw a ball in the backyard, or chill inside with an older pup. I like to make up games, work on training or tricks, and be as interactive as possible to give your pup the attention they deserve.

Availability
I work from home full-time, Monday-Friday, so can be relatively flexible for your pet's needs. I can work from your home to spend more time with an indoor kitty, take your pup for a midday walk, and many evenings I'm free to drop in for dinner time, more walks, play time and pre-bed snuggles.
