Libbi Lavon Palmer has been an outstanding member of my community for as long as I can remember. She is well loved by our neighborhood for all of the thoughtful and kind things she does. Libbi has doggy sat for my Pomeranian, Zoey, many times. She has walked Zoey, played with her and taken such careful loving care that Zoey goes into all kinds of antics every time she sees her.
