I have one sweet cat and I house-sit a few times a year for friends who have a dog. I treat my friend's dog as if he were my own pet. I grew up with family dogs (a malamute, a springer spaniel, a rottweiler, and a bichon frise) and I have had a variety of experiences with different dog breeds. I have also cared for my own cats for seven years. No animal is too small or too big for my heart. I would like to dog or cat sit locally to meet more pets in the neighborhood. I am active and I run and hike a few times a week. If your dog has a lot of energy, I can make sure that they get the exercise and play that they need. If you need longer term care, I will keep your cat or dog content while you're away.
