Liane and Kai were absolutely incredible hosts for my pup! I have never used Rover before and was anxious because my dog tends to be very shy and fearful in new environments, but they absolutely went out of their way to make her comfortable. They are excellent with dogs and clearly got her out of her shell. They sent me lots of photos and videos of her smiling and having fun, which I really appreciated, and they also texted updates about how she was doing. I couldn’t be happier and I will definitely use them again!

Liane and Kai are nothing short of amazing and you will be lucky if your fur baby stays with them. I adopted a four month old pup, only had him a couple of days before I had to use their services to help on my long days of work. They were so lovely with Koda, patient with him and kind with me. They even bathed him, trying to help potty train, walks, and sending numerous updates daily and feedback. Being a young puppy, new to me, Koda had a lot of fears, they were sweet with him, brought him out of his shell, and made him part of their family. I have used Rover in the past, I’ve had good experiences, but all those experiences pale in comparison to what Liane and Kai offer. Koda will be going back there soon. Thank you so much!
