Amazing walker! great communication and really caring with my dog. Would definitely use again!!

Liam had walked our 6-month rescue puppy on several occasions and we had a very good impression of him. When we entrusted him with our dog for a full daycare, we got a message about one hour after he had left saying our puppy had escaped in Walpole Park. Liam located him 20 minutes later in Ealing Common where we picked him up and took him home. We reassured Liam we did not blame him for this unfortunate incident although our dog could have been hit by a car. Looking after the dog on that particular day was very inconvenient for us and we were surprised not to get a follow-up call from Liam. Because Liam had only taken the dog for a walk rather than looking after him for a whole day, we believed it was fair to ask whether he could reimburse some of the £30 we had paid and only charge us the £12 -fee for a regular walk. He agreed, but then went on to ignore all messages and phone calls over a period of more than two weeks. £18 is not a lot of money, but we are nonetheless disappointed by what we think is a lack of professionalism. We will therefore not be using him again.
