Pet care experience
My name is Liam and I have had dogs my entire life. My family has had dogs of all ages and breeds. My mom has been active with ARL for 10+ years so we have adopted and fostered many dogs. My sister, Emma is a Veterinarian in White Plains, NY. She graduated from Penn Vet in 2019. I have learned a lot about dog behavior and training throughout my life. I will do whatever you request for your dog. I can walk, jog, play, hangout with, help train, feed, deliver medication and anything else you need for your dog. I feel comfortable with geriatric dogs, puppies, dogs with anxiety, and dogs of all sizes. I know how to behave around dogs, and I know to let them warm up to me so they feel comfortable. A little bit about me: I play rugby for a men's team in Phoenixville. I also enjoy mountain biking, and being outside. I would be happy to provide another friend for your dog while you are away for a day, on vacation, or whatever the case may be! I know how difficult it is to find a dogsitter that your dog trusts and enjoys to be around, so I am hoping I can be that person!

My dogs love Liam!! They aren't the most well-behaved animals but he handles them very well. I can trust him and know my dogs are in good hands.
I have known Liam since we were kids, about 15 or so years. Growing up his family has always owned at least 3 rescue dogs. He loves doggies and would take great care of your pup.
Liam is the first person I ask to watch my pit bull, Ellie, when I go away. He spends a lot of time walking her and sends photos so I know she is in great hands. Ellie has anxiety issues, but Liam has a lot of dog experience and knows how to handle her. Most importantly, Ellie loves him!

I would like to know any strategies used to train the dog. I would like to help the owner keep the dog consistent with his/her training. For example, if the owner has their dog sit before putting the leash on, I would uphold that procedure. Aside from that, I would like to know the basics. Where the dog sleeps, how much and when the dog eats, if the dog needs any medication, and strategies to help the dog feel comfortable during those first few visits.
A typical day
I can go to a dog park, walk around the block, play fetch, play in the pool, or anything that your dog really enjoys!
