Hi! Since my own German shepherd from childhood, I have trained, fostered, adopted, dogsat, and loved countless dogs for friends, family, neighbors, and shelters. Along with experience caring for puppies as young as 8 weeks old, I learned to care for my 15 year old Maltese mix (a trained service dog that I solely raised since she was 3 months old) as she struggled with a year of doggy dementia before crossing the rainbow 🌈 bridge in summer 2022 (😭❤️🩹). The experience has given me a lot of background on how to care for senior dogs and dogs with special needs, along with the best canine diet and nutrition. *Being very detail-oriented and communicative, I'm able to provide the best of care that your pet deserves and requires. Please do not hesitate to give your requests/instructions!👋🏼 I treat my dogs and all animals under my care with intentional and interactive presence so that they are loved well and looked after at all times. Your dog’s well-being and safety are most important to me when they are under my care. 🙂🩷 While with me, your dog is treated just like my own (pretty dang spoiled lol) and will not be left alone at any time. *We can provide overnight boarding for returning clients only (must have had previous daycare or boarding with us to stay overnight).*

We loved having Moose and Reese spend the day with Lia! We were visiting town from Phoenix for a day at Disney and it was a bit nerve wracking leaving our beloved pups with a new person you just met through the app but she was sweet, professional, and caring to our boys. She responded quickly leading up to the day and throughout the day while we were at Disney. She sent videos and photos and even gave them some food (which we approved) as they didn’t want breakfast before drop off. She went above and beyond and they had so much fun they’ve been passed out since they got back to our air bnb! We would definitely rebook if in the area again. Thanks so much Lia!

Our home has a gated backyard with a large indoor-like patio and a small pool, along with plenty of space for dogs who enjoy lounging on a sun bed☀️, running around on turf, or just playing with our dogs and the many pet toys we have! Both inside our home and our backyard are made to be dog friendly with washable rugs and large dog beds (+cushioned crates if preferred). We can provide slow-feeding mats for our speed-eaters and pee pads for puppies if necessary. My very welcoming pups will be your dog’s favorite playmates! Margot & Gimli are both trained for service and agility so they are great lead examples if you are looking for some light training. Gimli is a great help teaching dogs to socialize because of his gentle and playful demeanor so he’s perfect for pups and newly socializing dogs. Margot has the power and energy for the pups who need to go home happy & tired! They are also able to provide space and rest for dogs who are not looking for that level of play.

Please let me know of any personality quirks, behavioral issues or triggers, food allergies (but I will not feed your dog anything you have not already approved of), routine/preferences, etc. that would make your dog’s stay with us even better. & please make sure your dog(s) are up-to-date on vaccines & health reqs beforehand because we want to keep them and all furbabies safe & healthy! Because we do not overcrowd our home with more dogs than we can give personal attention to throughout the day, many days become booked + blocked out. We really treat each dog like our very own during every stay and want our dogs to enjoy the visits as well☺️~ Thank you for understanding!
A typical day
Your dog and I will do what your dog enjoys, whether that is a stroll around the neighborhood, playing catch in the yard, or just lounging indoors. We make sure to read each dog’s body language during playtime for positive interaction and that they rest for water/pee breaks and after meals. We also understand that young pups need constant supervision so they don’t eat or chew anything while teething☺️ I’m also experienced/mentored by a professional in training dogs (from simple commands to service animal tasks) and I always make sure the dog is enjoying it and having fun. But this will be based on your dog’s comfort level and preferences! Gentle training = LOVE❤️

Currently I'm in grad school nearby & my husband works from home so we are able to provide supervision & care throughout the entire day. *We are also able to adjust prices to fit scheduling needs! If you are just needing a couple hours to tire out your high energy dogs with some supervised playtime, we are able to do so for $20/hour. Returning clients only*
