Hi all! My name is Lexy or Dr. C. Thank you for taking time to read more about me and seeing if I'd be a good fit for your furry family member. Animals are truly my passion! I have been pet sitting for over 19 years now and have experience with all kinds of dogs. I have a bachelors degree in animal science and a doctorate. When I was 8 years old I was on the local news for starting an animal rescue group. I can provide care for special needs pets such as administering medications/injections. I have three dogs of my own (playful boxers and a silly pug) and love to go hiking with them.

It is very important to me to know exactly what your dog will be expecting. This can mean what order they like their routine to happen or how much time they like to spend walking versus cuddling.
A typical day
When your dog stays with me they stay on the same exercise/outdoor time schedule that they have at home! For some dogs this may mean walks or hikes on the nature trail. If your dog is more naturally inclined to hang out on the couch then I can do that as well.

Availability
I work a very flexible schedule and will try my best to keep your pups current schedule while you are away. Generally most dogs do well with 2-3 visits per day. However, boarding dogs are treated like my own and get potty breaks on demand.
