***Temporarily out on Maternity leave until April 2021*** Hey guys! My name is Alexys or most call me Lexy :) ~I wanted to introduce myself and give a little background~ My husband Miles and myself grew up in Sonoma County, CA. While my passion is for dogs, my husband works for the USPS and was able to transfer to the Oregon office in March 2020 and move our family up here. We have 2 dogs, Jaxson 'Jax' 5 year old Pit-Labrador Mix and Chloe 7 year old Jack Russell Terrier. Our 5th family member Maximillius is no longer with us but we feel his love and he goes on our adventures everyday, MaxsPack♡ We are so excited to start on this journey in Oregon! As for me, I grew up around animals, dogs mainly, volunteered regurlary at shelters and offered to walk friends/family dogs often. I am just a dog-girl. 99.9% of my time is with dogs. My first job in the dog industry was working at Tails of Terra Linda Pet Resort. I was interacting with dogs but not working with them how I wanted to be. So I decided I wanted a more hands on job and found the amazing company Canine Excellnce in Petaluma, CA! I became a Pack leader, where we specialized in a Pack walk & train program. This company helped me grow in so many ways and introduced me to the canine industry world and all the amazing trainers and owners throughout it. I was apart of this company for 2 years before we moved here to Oregon. Working with dogs everyday made me want to further my knowledge in this career, so in 2019 I was enrolled in Animal Behavior College to become a Certified Dog Trainer. I completed the online curriculum, volunteered at shelters and was paired with a Dog Trainer Mentor, Liz with Fourthepaws ,who helped me finish my externship program (hands on training). In April 2020 I received my certification from ABC for Dog Training. Now that we are settled in Oregon and I have my certification, I am so thrilled to announce i am begining my walk & train program. I am full time Dog trainer/walker Walk & Train Program 30min walk (Basic, daily exercise) 60min walk & train (Leash work,basic commands) 90min walk & train (Leash work, commands, unwanted behav.) 120min adventure hike (Hike, explore, recall work) These programs are designed to mentally and physically exercise your dog and help build their confidence on leash. Group and solo walks available! Please feel free to message me for dog walking, walk & train or drop-in needs! I am currently a full time dog trainer/walker in Corvallis/Albany Oregon areas. Availability: Monday-Saturday 10am-2pm & 4pm-7pm Message for meet & greets beforehand! Solo & group walks available! I have a large fenced yard, beautiful, kid/dog friendly neighborhood to walk in and a dog park 5min away! I love to explore nearby trails and hike often with my 2 other dogs.

I don’t even know where to start! I was so hesitant trying a dog walk app for the first time for my 6 month old beagle pup. But I had a great feeling from the start that there is no one like Lexy! Being on a busy schedule, Lexy easily scheduled a meet and greet with Hava. We were able to see how great Lexy was with Hava and vice versa. Given Lexy’s professional Walk and Train experience as well as training certification, it was a no brainer that Lexy was the best for our puppy. I left town for the weekend and Lexy made sure that Hava was fed, walked, played and most importantly loved. Lexy was great with our dog Brandy, she gives so much love and attention to all dogs in general and treats them like her own. Her dedication and passion for dogs is obvious, whether she is training or just meeting a new dog on the street, she is always engaged and enthusiastic with them. Lexy has a lot of patience and respect for dogs and always seems so happy to be around them. She is professional to work with and I highly recommend her for your furry friend!
I have never met anyone who cares for, loves and has more concern & connection for dogs, as Lexy. I knew that our pup, Nia, was in good hands, and had no question that she would be more than well taken care of. Especially after our pup was sedated at a boarding facility, when I requested that she not be (not needed), I wanted an individual, one-on-one (small) care taking situation. Lexy is the one!
I have been working with Lexy for over a year and she is amazing with animals and people. Her care for animals is like none other and I trust her with my animals 1000%. She goes the extra mile to make them happy and healthy as is excellent with communication. I highly recommend her!

Full time dog walker and trainer. Monday to Saturday from 9am-5pm. Located in Corvallis OR but can travel to surrounding areas depending on dog walk/training needs.
