Hello! i'm Lexie and here's a bit about my experience in the animal industry🐕 i have years of experience with dogs & cats. I would love if you gave me a chance to care for your pet! I currently work as a Manager at McDonalds but Volunteer with Dog walking/pet sitting to help the elderly/people in need of extra help. But i'm available for whatever day suits you. i am happy to provide walks, drop in visits & home sitting / overnight stays. I have managed dogs of all different sizes and temperaments and i'am very confident doing so🐶 Any questions you would like to ask regarding my experience feel free! I have walked and cared for many dogs during my time, working in Kennels & volunteering dog walking and I enjoyed every second of it! I also have a qualification in Animal Management. Lexie was fantastic with Loki! He took to her immediately. He was super calm and happy with her. We booked her on a short notice and she was happy to help. She cat sat in our home and was an amazing addition to Loki’s life! He missed her when we got back from our holiday more than us! We have even booked her for another cat sit overnight. 😃🤍
I 100% recommend Lexie as a pet sitter/dog walker. She made me feel super safe with letting her look after my dog. She made sure we met a few times and i was comfortable. She always sent me lots of pictures and kept me updated whenever i needed. She seems to have a lot of knowledge and experience which made me feel at ease.

Getting to know the pet, the home and the family will mean your pet will be in great hands. Safety and trust is my top priority and knowing that your pet is safe in my hands. Getting to know your pet 1:1 will create that bond of trust so they feel more secure. I take full precautions when walking or pet sitting and take in my environment so i can understand what security needs to be put in place.

Let me know if your pet has any special needs, dietary needs or behaviour issues. Anything you feel may be important for me to know beforehand however i’m more than happy to accommodate to most dogs/cats.
A typical day
I love to make sure your dog is getting the best out of the time we spend. Enrichment is extremely important for dogs so making sure they get the best out of their walks/pet sitting time is crucial. I will have lots of games and enrichment pads available to use to keep your dog occupied. Ill also explore new places so your dog can pick up new scents and smells.

Availability
I currently work Monday - Friday Early mornings so would be free from midday until the evening. (But give me a message as i can still sometimes help out in the mornings) I’m also free Saturday & Sundays at all times. In the near future I'm hoping to be much more available Monday - Friday.
