Lexie was great! I am always so nervous leaving my pups but after meeting Lexie during our meet and great I was totally fine leaving them with her. She is respectful, professional and takes her job seriously. I will definitely be using her again.

Lexie is an extraordinary pet sitter and human being! I can't leave my furbabies with just anyone and have never used a house sitter before now. I'm an introvert and a private person. It was extremely nerve-wracking deciding to use Rover. I was in a situation where I needed to care for a loved one in another country and needed to hire someone. I honestly would not have been able to leave my house and pets with anyone other than Lexie. From the initial written communication, I felt comfortable with Lexie. When we had our meet and greet, I knew I met a kindred spirit in how I take care of my pets, from positive reinforcement to loving and nurturing care. All of my pets are rescues with traumatic backgrounds. After years of healing work, they are simply wonderful pet companions. I never want to place them in a situation where someone could potentially re-traumatize them. My pup is my best pal, and it's hard on her when I'm away. In Lexie's videos of my pup, her tail wagged every time. She was smiling and rolling on her back with paws up in the air! One of my kitties never comes out for anyone. She's solely bonded to me. I shared with Lexie that she may never see Emma and asked Lexie to please sit in the room where she may hide and just Be with her. While I was at the airport, within one hour of leaving my furbabies with Lexie, she sent a video of my Emma walking up to her, purring, and letting Lexie pet her. I could tell in the video that Emma responded to Lexie how she responded to me. I am at the airport with tears in my eyes, feeling so much relief. There was no doubt in my heart or mind that Lexie was the purrfect pet sitter, and my pup and two kitties would be fine while I was out of the country. Lexie helped make a very stressful situation so much better that I didn't have to worry about my pets or house while caring for my loved one over 5,000 miles away. Lexie sent pictures and videos daily, most of the time twice each day. Her response time in communication was excellent. Sharing that Lexie goes above and beyond is an understatement. Lexie's care of the furbabies was exemplary! I will only ask for Lexie for any pet-sitting services in the future. I don't travel much because I don't like leaving my pets behind. I feel I'll be able to take short trips and explore for fun next time. Thank you, Lexie! You made a stressful situation feel much lighter! I honestly could not have done what I needed to do without you!
