Animals have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember, and I've been professionally pet-sitting and dog walking since 2013. I moved from DC to Connecticut in 2019 for law school. I moved to Montrose for work in October 2022 and it’s been an incredibly joyous transition and adventure! I love dogs, big and small, and have watched and walked dogs with all different needs. It takes all sorts, even the miniature pinscher that pees on your hairdryer out of separation anxiety or the golden retriever puppy that leaps over baby-gates and thinks couches make great chew toys. I also have ample experience visiting cats with all different personalities. I've spent time cuddling with the mushy lap cats, playing with kittens, avoiding eye contact with extremely aggressive protective cats, and lovingly administering medication to special seniors. I have one cat of my own, Amelia, who I rescued when she was around one year old, and I make sure I treat your cats with as much love and respect as my sweet girl gets. I worked for a private dog walking company for 5 years and have been the office dog sitter for everyone from chihuahuas to mastiffs. Typically, the bigger the breed the better, but I have a secret soft spot for more petite pups too. I have experience with dogs with many different needs, from incontinence to dog-aggression and pill-aversion. I put my heart into every dog I walk and work with and have a wealth of experience walking and training puppies to white-faced seniors.
