Pet care experience
Hi, my name is Lexi, I'm a dog lover since day one and can't wait to love on your pup while you take a break. I have a boxer named Floyd who has a heart condition that requires a lot of vet visits, a lot of medication, and a lot of TLC. I know the importance of potty breaks on time and making sure a schedule is kept with these four legged babies. I will treat your kid like my own and so you won't have to worry about a thing. (even though we all know it's impossible not to worry about them while we are gone) I'll send pics of our fun times to help ease being away, that always helps me when I'm away from Floyd. I know being away from them is just as hard on you and it is on pup so I'll do everything I can to make it bearable on both ends.

Lexi has always loved dogs. She had a large dog as a young child, and learned responsibility caring for her. She has always had a dog, even as a college student when she had to find non-student housing so she could have her dog with her. A year ago, her current dog was diagnosed with a terminal heart condition. Lexi had to make the choice to pay hundreds of dollars a month to keep him comfortable and happy or let him go. She chose to work an second job to pay for his meds and vet bills. She put everything on hold in her life to spend all free time with him. No parent could have been more loving or willing to sacrifice for her child. Lexi is the perfect person to care for your cherished companion.
For as long as I've known Lexi, nothing has ever came before our boxer, Floyd. He's always first priority. She's done a great job raising our "kid", training him, and giving him the best care any dog could hope for. Floyd is so lucky to have a mom like Lexi. Any dog would be fortunate to have a sitter and care giver like her, and I'm sure they'd feel just as loved and taken care of with her as if they were right at home.

I'd like to know favorite treats and toys, any special routines mom/dad like to stick to, any special rules about being in the house, on furniture, on a leash etc. Most importantly any special medical issues that I need to watch for or consider while pet sitting.
A typical day
Floyd and I love to hike, with your permission we will explore the outdoors! We love waterfalls, bugs, and dirt. We don't love baths as much but they are worth it if we get to go be outside and have a good time! If your pet is more of an inside dog we will make sure we still have a good time with fetch and tug a war to tire us both out so we can get a good nights sleep.
