Pet care experience
Hello there! My name is Lexi, and I have been a dog/house sitter for about 2 years and going - getting to go on adventures and playing with pups of many kinds!! I thoroughly enjoy this job, and love getting to care for pups of all different types, sizes, and personalities. Going for walks is one of my favorite things in the world, and what I love about dog walking is that the dog loves it just as much (if not more!) than I do! We always "stop and smell the roses" (for many things to dogs can be "roses" - hehe!) along the way, and get our exercise in to keep us fit and healthy! When I first get to meet a beloved pet, I love to make them feel respected and safe, knowing that they can trust me to take care of their needs. Just like people, each dog is different and special, so whether your pup needs a moment to warm up or simply leaps into my lap, know they will be deeply cared for and loved!! When it comes to sitting for a pup within ones home, I respect and appreciate each dog's unique routines, knowing how important consistency is for their training and behavior. As soon as I know what the expectations are, I do my best to follow them to a "T" so that even if their best friend isn't the one caring for them at that moment, they can trust me and know they are safe!

Lexi is awesome! We had a weekend work engagement that came up last minute. Our usual sitter wasn't available. We contacted Lexi after reading her reviews. She responded quickly, came over for a quick meet and greet and was able to stay with our pups for the weekend. We came home at the end of the weekend to happy, well-fed pups, and a tidy house. Lexi is a good communicator and sent us pics a few times over the weekend. She was also very helpful and offered to take care of anything we might have needed around the house. Highly recommend!
Lexi was great! Took amazing care of our dogs and home! She kept in touch and did not hesitate to call or text with additional questions while we were gone. She is very dependable and we would most definitely recommend her! Thanks Lexi ?
I highly recommend Lexi for pet sitting! She was very professional and when she was at the house she would text me to let me know she was there and even sent pictures of my dogs. I would definitely hire her again!
Lexi deserves more than just a 5 star rating. I kept putting off finding a sitter for my doggies. One is super easy but the other is a puppy and sometimes harder to deal with. Lexi was amazing!! She stopped in for her visits to make sure their food and water were all good and then let them outside in the backyard and played with them for a bit before returning them to their designated area in my home. She was even sweet enough to change some super used potty pads. I loved receiving the photos and videos of Dino and Dolly playing and super happy while we were gone. Lexi definitely put me at ease and I knew they were in great hands. I will absolutely book her in the future next time my family and I are out of town. I could tell they absolutely LOVED her.

I love to find parks to venture around - trails and pathways in the neighborhood where they live. I never enjoy walking along busy roads or parks, simply due to the overstimulation issues, so instead I will do my best to find areas which are quiet and visually appealing!
