I have lived in a household of dogs (and other animals) since I could remember. I have also worked at vet hospitals taking care of other people's pets for 6 years. My career as of right now is Pre-Vet so I'm always happy to be around animals!

I can't thank Lexi enough for checking in on my cat during a weekend away! She was super responsive, sent pictures of them playing together, and made me feel really comfortable about leaving for a few days. I would definitely rebook!
Lexi watched our two cats and medium-high energy dog for a long weekend and did an absolutely fantastic job. She kept in touch with us and sent photos of our pets while we were away so we always knew they were well taken care of. We came back to a spotless house and perfectly happy animals. Our dog has a tendency to get anxious when we’re gone and she was so content when we came back that I’m not even sure she cared we left! Lexi even refilled our dogs lick mats and kongs and left them in the freezer for us so they were ready to go when we got home. We will definitely be reaching out to Lexi again next time we go out of town!
Lexi is by far the best sitter we’ve ever had and trust me we’ve had a lot! We have 3 cats and 2 dogs (pitx and Great Dane) and lexi takes the absolute best care of them. She treats them like their her own and I never have to worry about if they’re getting loved on. She follows all of our crazy routines and is will to go above and beyond for you and your pets. 10/10 recommend!
I’ve known Lexi since she was a little girl and she has always loved animals. Even when she was very small, she like to walk our 75# golden retriever and I think he behaved better with her then with us! She has more recently been walking our newest dog and Poppy loves her and their walks.

A typical day
I love to keep pets active so for a dog I would take them to a local park or to MSU's campus to not only help them expend their energy or to stimulate their brain by meeting new people. With cats, I would rather do something indoors and use toys to help them get some exercise.

I'm currently working mornings during the week but I will be able to play with your pets in the afternoon/night. I am also free on weekends if you need all-day care! My schedule is very flexible.
