I’ve had at least one dog in my family since I was born, and although I don't own one now, my parents who live nearby own 2 that I frequently dog-sit. I have also watched friends and family's dogs for the past few years and know how to feed, walk, bathe, and give any attention to your dog that it needs! I am an outdoorsy person and also love to go on dog-friendly hikes.

Lewis was fantastic! My dog, Aspen, stayed with him for a week and he constantly communicated with me about her stay and sent me updates regularly. I was pleased to find a caretaker that would run with Aspen and exercise her every day as we do at home. She was very happy while she stayed with him. She had a huge smile on her face in every picture and was in a great mood when she came home. I greatly appreciated how considerate Lewis was about the way that I handle Aspen and adjusted his care accordingly as every dog owner is different. I would absolutely recommend Lewis's services to any dog owners, and I will gladly book him in the future!
Lewis is a very responsible and professional pet caregiver. He is very punctual, thoughtful, and clearly has a passion for and special bond with animals. I have a large fenced backyard and live within 2 blocks of 2 parks with large lawns for your dog to run around and play fetch. Your dog is welcome to hang inside or lounge in the backyard.

I'd like to know how your dog gets along with other dogs and humans as well as its tendencies when hanging out inside the house.
A typical day
I love to hang with dogs inside and out! There's no better feeling than a dog greeting you at the house, except for maybe their excitement to get outside! Depending on what your dog likes, I can walk your dog around the block, play ball at the park next door, or take them on a longer walk or run around Lake Merritt or hike in the Oakland hills.

I've had dogs in my family for my whole life and love having them in my home! I work from home and can provide all-day care for your dog, whether it is hanging inside, in my backyard, a walk or at a dog park! Dogs also make for a great companion to take work breaks and walk around the block.
