Letizia was great. She was very detailed in asking what Penny’s needs were and she sent a lot of updates and photos. I would would not hesitate to ask her to dogsit Penny again in the future!

Letizia was a wonderful sitter for our dog Marcel. He defiinitely had a good time staying with her, which could be seen from the pictures she sent me. Mistakingly, I didn’t provide enough food for Marcel’s stay and Letizia went out of her way to go to our vet to pick up some food. That was amazing! Letizia’s dog, Kappie is very sweet and Marcel had no issues getting along with him. Communication with Letizia was excellent as she was always quick to respond. Letizia was also very flexible and I was able to change the dates of Marcel’s stay without any issues. She was also very accommodating when it came to drop off and pick up time. Overall, an excellent experience with Letizia, and have no hesitation recommending her. I will definitely use her again in the future!
