I grew up with dogs and owned my own as an adult. Currently do not have any pets. I was laid off in May of 2015 and at 65 years old, wondering what the next step was, so I retired. Needed a little extra income to live life like I wanted and stumbled on dogvacay. Might be a perfect fit for the first time in my life. My townhome is small: approximately 1500 sq ft. I have an end unit, so back yard is large (500 sq ft) for a townhome. It's fenced on 2 sides with house and garage making up the remaining 2 sides. I have easy outside access and a nice park a half mile away. Typical dog day with me would be lots of petting, ear flopping, belly rubbing, ball chasing and walks to the park.

Wow our dog skipper hit the jackpot with being able to go to Leslie's home and be taken care of. by him. i've never seen my dog so happy and well cared for! Leslie loves dogs and has a special touch to make them feel comfortable with him.
We used Leslie for the first time for our Gordon Setter, show dog. We are very picky who we would leave him with. After our meet and greet we felt extremely comfortable he would take great care of him and we were not disappointed. He was watching one other dog at the same time and our dog, Henry, had a playmate. Leslie took him on walks, and sent us updates and pics which showed us how he was fitting in with their family. We were very happy with Leslie and will definitely use him again. Thank you Leslie!
I had my two boxers stay with Leslie over Labor Day weekend. I am very pleased with the service I received. The dogs were well cared for and received a lot of attention. Leslie sent a daily photo message and kept me informed of their activities. When I picked them up, the dogs were happy, freshly bathed and ready to go. I will very likely use Leslie's services again. Leslie took such great care of Rosie. When I picked her up she was in such great form. This was her third time to stay with Leslie. She can't wait to go back!! I highly recommend Leslie to look after your canine!!!!
