Pet care experience
I’ve had dogs all my life! I truly believe they are man’s best friend and in being so, they deserve all the love and kindness in the world. I’m a proud dog mom and I will never live a day without a dog by my side. I will care for your babies like I do my own. I have an 11 year old neutered male pup named Tyson who lost his (and my) best friend just over a year ago. He was also about to be 11 years old. I’ve had them both their whole lives since they were week old puppies so I can attest to having experience with dogs in all stages of their lives. Tyson is incredibly friendly and would LOVE having a friend to play with and come stay on the weekends when my fiancé and I are home! I’d love to have my home be your dogs vacation home! Your instructions will be held at the upmost respect and will be followed exactly. I have experience in giving oral medications as well as injection medication and have elevator access in my building to accommodate older dogs.

Leslie and her partner took very good care of my two dogs. She had great communication and wanted to help make the pickup / dropoff as easy as possible. My dogs enjoyed spending time at their place and hanging with their sweet dog too. Booked them twice & would book again!
Since we were little, my big sister has always been so great with dogs. I can't remember a dog we had that she didn't have a strong bond with. If I ever need someone to care for my old dog Penny in a pinch, i call Leslie. She loves spending time with her and Penny always comes home happy and ready to rest after a fun day with her aunt Leslie 🙂

I live in a two bedroom condo with plenty of room to bring your dogs beds and toys during their stay to keep them as comfortable as possible. I also have a large fenced patio deck with no gaps where I keep a large bark filled potty tray so dogs who need to potty more often than just during walks can easily access a safe space to do so. They can also wander and explore our large patio while getting some fresh air and the occasional sun :)

I’d like to know if your dog has any limitations such as stairs and if they’re taking any kind of medication. I would also like to know what their typical day is like so that I can make their stay feel like home. I also like knowing words they are familiar with and commands that they know so that I can communicate in language that they recognize.
A typical day
I like to take my dog on daily walks around the neighborhood. We can also take them out to the park to exercise and play! We have super long leashes that allows dogs to run far distances while still being on leash so they will never be off leash. They can still run and fetch and play as much as they like all while being safe and secure. I have a park close by that I like to take Tyson out to. Occasionally, we see other dogs there as well but it is fully up to you if you’d like your dog to meet others while under my care.

I’m currently available during the weekends for pet services, mainly boarding and doggy day care in my home from Friday night to Sunday (pick up or drop off Sunday evening). We are homebodies and hardly go out on the weekends except for groceries. My fiancé and I take walks twice a day with our dog but if necessary we can take more walks with your dog.
