Pet care experience
My Weimaraner means everything to me and has taught me so much about taking care of dogs. She is my best friend! I have also been dog sitting for about four years for a variety of dogs including the energetic and sweet Australian cattle dog to the more docile and ever lovable golden doodle. Going on walks with dogs is something that I truly enjoy and I understand that some dogs need extra stimulation, such as ball throwing, whereas others prefer to simply enjoy a walk with lots of stop and smells. I have experience in walking reactive dogs and I always take care to prevent run-ins with other dogs to avoid any potential problems. I have also taken care of senior dogs and my own dog is a senior now and so I know that they need special care and lots of love and attention, which I am very happy to give!

Leslie is one of the kindest people you will ever meet. She has a genuine passion for dogs and a very nurturing affection. She has a good deal of experience as a dog sitter/walker has tends to make lasting canine connections.
Leslie has walked my dog for 2 years and has done an excellent job. I love my dog but she is hard to handle . Leslie has never had any issues with my dog. My dog and myself are so happy when Leslie comes to take her in a walk.
Leslie is wonderful with my Weimaraner! Pirate (my dog) loves to go for walks with her and I always feel better knowing she is with someone who is looking out for her and cares that she does her business and that she gets to be outside sniffing stuff. There is no one I trust more with my dog and I rely on her to help make sure Pi gets all the extra care she needs. Does your dog like water- hose, puddles, sprinklers, does your dog have any treat and toy preferences, whether your dog likes ball throwing, tug of war, scent games, does your dog have any food or skin allergies, how does your dog react to other dogs and people, does anything in particular scare or frighten the dog, does your dog have any favorite walking spots I love all dogs, but due to my weim bff, I am slightly more partial to the more athletic and high energy dogs! I love those velcro dogs!
A typical day
I love going to nearby parks and safe neighborhoods for walks and I have a good backyard for ball throwing. Activities include: lots and lots of walks! I have also been reading about games for mental stimulation, such as find the treat and hide and seek, which are very exciting and fun for myself and the dog! And plenty of outdoor play with plenty of clean water. Also, pets and scratches and belly rubs and snuggles!
