I'm a lifelong animal enthusiast with over 30 years of experience caring for pets. Growing up I had family dogs, cats, rabbits, and guinea pigs. My mother runs a dog rescue and I do volunteer work for the Humane Society. I was a pet sitter throughout high school and college and am eager to get back to working with animals. I have a 13 year old, 12 lbs Brussels Griffon named Walter who is wonderful with other dogs and is a great friend for any dog that needs social interaction. I also have an 11 year old cat named McRib who is shy and generally keeps to herself. I live in an house with a fenced-in yard in Yucca Valley. I work from home and take Walter out for lots of potty breaks and outside time during the day. I'm pretty casual with my own pets about allowing them on furniture but will respect any rules that you might have for your own buddies. I have pet gates available to allow for separation during feeding times. I also ensure that all four-legged guests have fresh, filtered water available to them all day. I love small animals as well and welcome the opportunity to care for bunnies, guinea pigs, ferrets and any other petite cuties!
