I've had animals in my household for most of my life. I understand each one is unique and deserves respect and understanding. I try to learn as much as I can about each animal I encounter. My friend likes to say that "she's never met a dog she didn't want to love." That actually applies to most animals, I just dont see many cats, horses etc walking down the street. I spent 20 years in the Airforce in which I traveled a lot and moved every couple of years so have been unable to house the amount of animals I would like ( I have one cat ). I'm recently retired and though still traveling personally will have ample time to care for your loves.
