I am compassionate and very conscientious. LOVE animals, esp. dogs. I am a long time Austin resident and have cared for friends dogs over the years who will provide great references if wanted. I am willing to do what it takes to make a dog (or cat) comfortable. I work part time as a personal trainer. I believe dogs need 2x a day walks and/or play time - often with other dogs. Most dogs enjoy other dogs. They are like children! Need socialization, play time, exercise, discipline (but never physical/hitting them). I also think they should be treated as the children or family they are. I don't agree with or understand them not being inside. When it is hot I am very sensitive to them being walked in high temps, in the sun, and esp. on hot roads! Be sure they have cool fresh water during as well as after walks....
