Hello, My name is Lesa. I am a Biology major who minors in exotic animal behavior and physiology and am currently working as a dog groomer. I have currently finished an internship with WildCare Oklahoma working with injured and orphaned Oklahoma wild life so I promise I have plenty of experience and references for almost any animal. I have owned dogs and cats my whole life; along with some reptiles and small mammals. I have no problem with your animals size, big or small, I love them all. I currently have one dog: Priscilla- who is a 50lb Standard Poodle. I also own two cats: Soairse who is the biggest pain in the butt you’ll ever meet but I love her. Atlas: my one eyed rescue kitty who is obsessed with food.I also own and look after small animals and reptiles. I just turned my Rover back on as I moved here to Tulsa from Moore and wanted time to settle in and learn the area. I look forward to meeting both you and you animal. Lesa did an amazing job! All four of our babies were well cared for! Lots of pics & videos. She took her time letting them warm up to her & you can tell from the videos they were all comfortable being cared by her. Thank you so much for taking care of our kiddos while we were away! When it comes to my personal animals, everyone is fed twice a day. Dry food in the morning and wet food at night for some extra water intake. Litter box is scooped every night. My dog goes to work with me to play with some of the other groomers dogs or clients that don’t mind their dogs playing, so she gets a lot of exercise every day. Cats are usually given some toys or puzzles during the day. My Syrian hamster is fed once in the evening and gets free roam time in a secure room whenever he naturally wakes up. Snake gets misted twice a day and fresh water since he eats once every 10-14 days.

Does Your pet have any allergies? Does your pet take any medications? If so, what kind and when? Will I need to administer any? (I have experience in both oral and injections) Is your pet potty trained? If so, about how often do they go out? If not, are we working on getting them potty trained or do you use puppy pads/ other alternative? Does your pet have food or stranger aggression? (I have dealt with both cases and can provide a reference for you if needed.) Does you pet have a favorite type of treat or toy? Does your pet have a favorite place to go to play or walk? How would you describe your pets attitude? I can also work with animals in heat as I have personal experience doing so with my own animals. I’m so excited to me you and your love bugs! A typical day
I love doing enrichment with animals. Some of the things I do personally with my dog is make her turn over cones to get her treats. She enjoys it and it makes her use her brain. My cats recently got a snuggle mat to sniff our treats and get their Brian’s stimulated. I do love dog parks in the mornings as there are tons of regulars who show up almost every nice morning. I am flexible with where you would like me to walk or take your love bugs.

Currently being a dog groomer has me doing pet care every day of the week. I also own a dog and two cats, a snake, and a Syrian Hamster myself so I’m constantly working with animals wether it is my own or a clients.
