Pet care experience
i have lived with dogs and other animals since i was a baby. I have my own dog, Teddy, a 4 year old yorkiepoo and we are inseparable. I have experience looking after senior dogs and giving them round the clock care. I also have experience with puppies and younger dogs, where I have learnt to train them and also provide the round the clock care they sometimes require! I am also more than happy to provide “doggy day care” in your home rather than mine. I understand some dogs prefer their own space, especially when meeting new people and so this is a preferred option for me to ensure your pet is comfortable and happy!

for doggy day care bookings please note I would prefer to care for your pet in your own home for a short period (not overnight). This rate will stay the same as if it was in my home. Please book house sitting if you require me to stay overnight. At my home, I have a fully enclosed garden, with artificial grass and also a paved area. I also have 2 different sizes of crate (small and medium) if this is required for your animal. I also have Teddy, my dog, who will be more than happy to play with your furry friend, but he is also very aware that some do not want to play all the time and so he will provide space if your dog needs it. Teddy also has a large selection of toys and so your furry friend will always have something to play with!

A typical day
I love going for long walks, and especially with the ball thrower. Teddy also loves playing with his toys, so there will be plenty of exercise and stimulation for your dog. I also have some challenge toys, such as the ones where they need to find a way to get the treat out of the ball. These will be available to use for your furry friend also! As I am a student, I sometimes need some time to sit down with my laptop to do some work and so there will be opportunities for your pet to have a nap or some rest time in between playing!

Availability
I am currently a student at the University of Winchester studying politics and international relations, however I am a commuting student so I only travel down for my classes. I also work part-time one day a week, so I have plenty of time to look after your furry friends as my schedule is very flexible around you, and your animals needs. My boyfriend Dan loves to join me on weekends and is also a lifelong animal lover. He and my dog, Teddy are absolutely inseparable!
