Mother of Pugs!

Pet care experience

Hi there my name is Angel and I am excited to bring a lifetime of experience caring for and loving dogs to the our community by offering my services as your go to dog sitter and boarding services for toy to medium-small sized dogs! I have two little pugs of my own and am able to sit or board up to 5 additional small or medium sized (under 35lbs please) spayed or neutered dogs. I really look forward to meeting you and your pups! What motivates and inspires me to want to watch your pups? I love dogs. Pretty simple right? I don't claim to be an animal expert or a dog whisperer but I have been 100% invested in the love and care of dogs since I was a small child and I feel like I have a pretty good grasp on what they need and how to make them happy. Because I am not a dog expert I keep my numbers low and ask that your dogs be small to medium sized as to best fit in with my dogs and the space in which I have to care for them :) I have low rates and I don’t offer multiple pet discounts because of this. Within my price structure everyone can afford highly quality pet care services with the reassurance of knowing that they are leaving their dogs with someone who cares deeply about animals and has their health, happiness and safety in mind first and foremost. I can provide senior care including dogs with wheelchairs, medication management (including injections) at your request and with a valid prescription. I also ask that all pups be up to date on their vaccinations so that the whole pack stays healthy and safe! My back and side yards are fully fenced with a 6’ high wood fence and equipped security cameras. Additionally your dog(s) will never be unsupervised when they are spending time with me and my pack! All dogs must be good with other dogs and as part of our meet and greet I will be observing your dogs temperament. Because my dogs are small I cant take dogs with high prey drive or history of biting other dogs or people. All dogs must be spay or neutered and I cant watch dogs that aren't completely potty trained or who have marking behaviors. I am home all day 7 days a week. When their are variations to my routine or I won’t be available I will let regular guest to my home know well ahead of time. I telework full time and the dogs always have full access to me and are free to spend time wherever they wish through out the main level of the home.

Angel is a fantastic pet sitter. We left our dog for 12 days, and we received updates & photos. It is such a relief to find someone so caring & easy to work with. I didn’t worry as I completely trusted her with our dog’s care.

Information Leolia D. would like to know about your pet

What I need to know about your dog will vary from person to person but below is some general info to get started. Before their first visit we will chat about your dog; are there food allergies, must he or she be crated at particular times, when meds (if taken) need to be administered etc. We will also conduct a meet and greet between your pet and mine just to make sure everyone gets along. My pups are generally really laid back. After the initial excitement of seeing one another they generally will want to just go back to laying around. Your pet your rules so any guidelines for their needs and activities will be followed, we will establish all that up front to make sure it’s a good fit for everyone! Please note that because I have pets of my own and also will frequently be watching other peoples animals I cannot accommodate dogs with any kind of aggression issues toward animals or people of any kind past or present. If your dog is a senior citizen or has other age and health related incontinence issues we can chat about this as part of the meet and greet. I have senior dog experience and don't mind accommodating pets who needs frequent trips to the potty area.

A typical day

A typical day at my house includes a few walks through out the day weather permitting, lots of snuggle time on the couch and just general chilling out together. We are pretty laid back around here and because the environment is so calm I find that most dogs (even the nervous nellies) seem to calm down and fit right in, in a very short amount time. Dogs are allowed on the couches and chairs and I also have dog beds through out the house. Don't be surprised if your dog never wants to leave!!!
