Pet care experience
After having several months of success walking dogs on Borrow My Doggy I've turned to rover to make a little money doing something I love! I used to pet-sit and walk as a teenager and now that I'm done with university I want to get back in the game. I'm experienced with all dog sizes (terrier to Newfoundland) and I have a lot of energy to ware them out. I generally do an hour walk but have done up to three hours for big wolves who need it.

Leo is a natural with dogs and she treats our two with kindness and patience. We don't have any worries about leaving them as they're clearly in good hands 😊
Our dog Dolly had a really lovely time with Leo while we went away for a weekend to attend a family wedding. Up til now, Dolly has only been used to being left with friends and family so this was her first experience of being left with a sitter. But Leo was absolutely brilliant with her and Dolly was immediately relaxed in her company. Leo is caring. Thoughtful. Kind. And fun! Took Dolly on lovely walks, took great care of her and sent us photos on both days to show how well they were getting on. Dolly was completely chilled on our return and we could tell she'd been very happy. Leo also left the house completely immaculate - which was lovely to return to. We can't recommend Leo highly enough. Thank you!
Leo was really playful, helpful and understanding with our dogs for the night. Conan is normally a little shy but after leaving Conan stood at the door wondering where Leo went which is a good sign they were cared for well!! Will definitely be asking for services again 🙂

A typical day
I'm happy to match the energy of the dog I'm walking. I will gladly run, walk and play games with any dogs in my care. I like walks on the canal path, in local parks and on the commons. I'm always up for suggestions so if an owner has a favourite spot, let me know! If the weather is good and you want your dog worn out I'm happy to take them out on a hike as I'm familiar with many paths around the five valleys.

Availability
I'm potentially available whenever as my work is flexible. The closer you are to me the more flexible I am about doing things in the early morning or late at night. I don't drive so I am constrained by public transport. I prefer not to walk after dark unless it's close to my home.
