“Can I pet your dog” - Me, everyday
Pet care experience
Hello fellow dog lovers, My name is Lennea and I’ve always had a special bond with animals, especially dogs! I hope you'll consider me in your search for a companion for your furry family member (in other words, please let me hangout with your dog, humans are getting exhausting). Before I rescued my own dog, I frequently volunteered at the Humane Society where I helped facilitate adoption events at different pet stores. I assisted in bathing and walking the dogs as well while they waited for their “fur-ever” home. As previously mentioned, I also have my own fur-child (a Rottweiler/ Pit Bill mix). We rescued him from the freeway and the rest is history! He’s now the most spoiled dog (for better or for worse) and together we enjoy visiting beautiful parks, going for pup-cups and doggy-patties, playing mentally stimulating games (e.g. hide & go seek with treats, dog puzzles, new tricks), and cuddling, of course. For this reason, I’m currently unable to host other dogs in my own home, but I’m happy to support a family at their place of residence. I’m organized, detail-oriented, and able to take direction well, especially if there are specific needs required. P.S. I additionally adore taking aesthetic photos of your dog to send to you, hopefully ensuring that your pet is in good hands (they’re so cute, how could you not)… 🐕
Reviews
I never leave reviews but felt compelled to do so because Lennea is incredible. It's never easy to trust someone to stay in your home and watch your precious fur baby but Lennea made the entire experience so comfortable allowing my boyfriend and I to truly enjoy our week-long vacation. Where do I start? She was communicative, and kind, sent daily updates, and left our home perfectly neat. She took incredible care of our dog and took him on a daily adventures. She sent us the most beautiful pictures of Bradley each day, followed his strict dient and ensured he got his medicated bath as needed. I cannot reccomend her enough, truly, book her now.
What a wonderful sitter!! Not only was our fur princess well cared for but so was our house. Somehow Lennea left it much cleaner than we did and we love the photos of our baby. Thank you for taking great care of her (and the chickens) and our home.
Lennea was great with my girl! She sent over many photos and provided me with updates while I was out of town. I also appreciate her taking Lily on many fun adventures, not just walks around the neighborhood. Thank you!!
Lennea was great and my dogs loved her!

My own pet care: My dog is quite a handful and refuses to slow down at the prime age of 10 years old (we call him middle-aged, but he definitely still thinks he’s a puppy). Because of this, I make sure to take my dog on 3 walks a day and/or take him to the park to get his “zoomies” in! My dog is very spoiled and gets treats, toys, games, new blankets, you name it. That said, I understand that everyone’s “dog-parenting” style is different and am happy to follow any and all rules, preferences, guidelines, that are required in the family’s home!

Information: If your dog has specific needs regarding food, treats, play time, kennel time, water, medication, etc., please let me know and I’m more than happy to accommodate. I view pets as a very special family member and therefore am dedicated to ensuring your dog is in happy and healthy spirits when I leave them!
A typical day
A typical day: I personally enjoy taking my own dog on walks to the park or beach, playing mentally stimulating games, and bundling him up in blankets with a new bone or toy when we’re done! Yes, I’m guilty of spoiling my dog :,-) Walking with other dogs: Similar to the care I provide for my own dog, I enjoy taking beautiful walks (or jogs if necessary) with other dogs, often searching for a nearby park if applicable. In the past I’ve also made a point to incorporate a little training on walks (e.g. sitting at crosswalks), especially if I’m walking with a puppy. Drop-ins/ Overnights with other dogs: Similar to my own dog care, I make a point to nurture a family’s dog as much as I can (owners being away can be a scary time for our animals). In the past, I’ve created my own lists consisting of an owner’s directions, often arrived with safe doggy stuffed animals for comfort, and utilized the time I have to get a dog outside and active before returning to the home (and of course taking pretty pictures to send owners along the way).

Schedule: I’m currently in a state of transition as I figure out what my next chapter looks like. Being so, I have tons of free time to help assist you and your furry family member(s). In fact, I can think of no better way to spend my time than with animals — I appreciate time with cats and reptiles as well. (I have a spoiled veiled chameleon named Rango as well, and hope to own a hairless cat one day) <3
