Pet care experience
A little about me and my experience with dogs!: I’ve always had a love for dogs, from owning dogs all my life, to being a previous dog walker for Wag! a few years ago, to working at a doggie daycare for about a year and a half. I would take care of 10-60 dogs at a time at the daycare, give them baths, discipline any bad behavior, praise on good behavior, feed them on a timely schedule, & take them for walks! So plenty of experience to treat your furry friend with enough love and care to make their tail wag all day.

Leni is always so sweet with our cat & dog and provides great updates. They’re considerate and a great communicator. This is our second time having Leni house sit for us and we’ll definitely utilize their services again!
Leni has great energy. She is warm hearted and is easy to smile and laugh. Leni’s communication is terrific and she always leaves our dog happy and the house spotless.

Safety for you and your pets: I’ve had lots of experience with dogs that aren’t too comfortable with their surroundings i feel as it is always my job to make a dog feel happy and safe. With this being said if your dog is ever in a state or stress I will make sure to relax them by soothing them and encourage calm behavior. I would always play calming music for the dogs at my previous daycare and it works like a charm. A safe environment for your doggy is rule number one! Not only is safety important for your animals I also care about our safety, I’ll always wear a mask when meeting you and your pets as it is important to stay healthy in a time like this.

What I should know about your loved ones: If your dog has any meds let me know in advance. And if your dog needs extra help taking them. I like to pretend the medicine is a treat to get them to eat it, put it in their food, use a pill pocket, or sometimes it’s mandatory to force the dog to gently swallow a pill. I will do this if I cannot get the dog to eat it any other way.
A typical day
What a day with your pet will look like: I always think the best place for a dog to talk is around their own neighborhood or the neighborhood park so they’re in a area they’re familiar with. I love to get dogs up and going with fetch so they’ll get a good nights sleep. If your dog has any special treats they enjoy I’ll bring them on our walks and praise their good behavior. Overnight stay: Taking care of your pets also comes with the responsibility of taking care of your house, during our meet and greet well discuss how to do so. If you need plants watered, what doors stay locked, what time of day your mail comes and other quirks specifically for your house.

My schedule: Currently unemployed! So I have more than enough time in the day to care for your buddies. :) I spend most of my time at the gym, socializing with friends and family, yoga, hiking, and being creative! If you’re interested in me house sitting for you, I’ll let you know what my schedule looks like as far as my other dog walking clients go.
