Pet care experience
Since the day I turned 10, I've had at least one canine soulmate in my life at a given time. As a youngster, I gravitated to whomever in the room had four legs and a wagging tail. As a professional, I've dedicated my career to protecting animals. My recent transition from The Humane Society of the United States in DC has me missing my 150 canine colleagues. I'm eager to give yours love and get licks.

Lena is AMAZING- it was my first experience using rover and she has set the bar extremely high. Bubs fell instantly in llove with her and I felt so at peace knowing he was with her. He did more things with her in a 24 hour period and just looked so incredibly happy in every photo that was sent. I can't say enough great things about her- so lucky to find someone like her!
I can't say enough good things about Lena. She has true heart for animals, is responsible, communicative, and FUN to boot! She has looked after my bashful greyhound Ruby many times, and Roo LOVES her. Ruby doesn't respond to everyone (not all people are worth getting off the couch for in her mind!), but she always bounds over, tail-wagging when Lena enters the door. Lena's positive energy is infectious, and animals respond to her because of it. On behalf of Ruby -- and my cat Amelia too, who also adores Lena -- I definitely recommend her for any pet-sitting services!
Lena is an amazing pup sitter: responsible, knowledgable, and loves animals. She's watched my dog for extended periods of time and I know he's in great hands. Highly recommended!

Forest Park is a classic favorite, but I also love to hike and run. If your pup is up for adventure, I'm game to be his/her co-pilot. Oh, and chuck-it... my throwing arm has been well conditioned to give any high energy pup a run for their money.
