I have sat for various friends' dogs with special needs in the past. I've also been doing Rover and TrustedHouseSitters for the past year while I've been traveling.

Lena is a wonderful caring person. We feel so lucky to have found her! She's extremely attentive to the needs of our older dogs. It was a wonderful feeling to leave on our trip knowing that our fur babies were in good hands! Our house was kept clean and tidy too, a good feeling after being gone two weeks. Lena is a gem! We couldn't ask for a kinder gentler soul to care for our pups in our home. She was very attentive with our elderly fur babies which left us at ease to leave home and enjoy our vacation. We've already booked a second trip with her! It's a wonderful feeling knowing you can entrust your pups (and home) to such a sweet person. 5 out of 5 stars? We'd give her 10 stars if we could!
We loved Lena and so did our pup! Lena stayed in our home for almost a week and took great care of our dog while we were gone. She was great at communicating with us, giving me plenty of peace of mind since we don't leave our girl often. We returned to a home that probably looked better than we left it and a happy and at ease dog. Definitely recommend and would happily rebook!

After years unhappily working the 9-5 lifestyle, I am deeply grateful that I get to have the freedom that this and my other gig + freelance work allows me. It's important to know if a dog is very strong/tends to pull on the leash, as I'm pretty small and can go flying... I was dragged through mud once this way!
A typical day
I am forever an explorer; I love to walk and jog. It is likely that when we are out on walks we will try a different route each time. If it is the right situation, I love a doggy jogging buddy.

Availability
I recently transitioned back to living in an apartment after over 4 years of nomadic van life. My pet sitting career started while I was traveling. Although I'm now off the road, I still do drop-in visits in my local area and am occasionally available for house sits. I love meeting peoples' pets and providing a trusted service while they are away from their home.
